This service focuses on the highest executive positions in an organization. Restricting the number of clients per industry enables Banister to recruit from multiple organizations in that industry, when necessary, thereby using industry specific talent for a search without violating confidentiality or a client's trust. In addition, there is a fundamental belief that in many areas, top leadership is not industry specific. Clients will be presented with talented candidates from within and outside of their specific industry.

Retained Mid-level Position Search
Banister performs mid-level position retained search as a service to its client-partners. This service developed in response to client requests. With the outstanding success in performing executive search, clients ask Banister to expand the relationship and use the same winning methodologies for mid-level positions also.
The service is designed to deliver high potential candidates for middle level positions in the total first-year compensation range of approximately $75,000 to $150,000.
Integrated Staffing/Outsourcing Solutions
This service is for clients looking for an outside agency to manage, on an on going or on a project basis, some or all of the firm's functions pertaining to the front-end employment process. This service was created to integrate Banister's experience, knowledge and skills with a client's need for quality talent, streamlined hiring processes and cost control in talent acquisition.
This service allows clients to reposition talent acquisition as an outsourced process instead of building new core competencies around recruiting. Banister offers a host of turn-key recruiting services including candidate sourcing, job posting, candidate pipeline management, resume management (collection, sorting, scanning, verifying, screening, candidate assessment and testing), job presentations, university recruiting, career fairs, intranet postings, and candidate networking events. |
